Why Estate Solution

Your own server. Your own database. Your own rules.

Every customer gets a private deployment. That's not an enterprise upsell — it's the only way we sell it, and it changes what you can promise your own clients about their data.

Isolation, not a tenant ID

In shared SaaS, isolation is a column in a table and a query filter someone wrote correctly — hopefully. On a dedicated deployment there is no other company's data on the machine to leak in the first place.

Your uptime is yours

You don't inherit an outage caused by another customer's traffic, or a maintenance window scheduled around someone else's business hours. Upgrades happen on your instance, at a time you agree.

Data stays where you put it

We deploy in the region you choose. For UAE brokerages handling Emirates ID data, tenancy contracts and landlord financials, that answer matters — to your clients and to your own compliance.

You can always leave

Full database export on request, at any time, in an open format. A vendor who makes leaving hard is telling you something about how they expect to keep you.

How we operate

Encrypted in transit

TLS on every connection, with certificates renewed automatically. No mixed-content shortcuts.

Role-based access

Granular permissions per module, with per-user grants and denies layered on top of a role. People see what their job needs.

Audit trail

Login history and change audit, so you can answer "who did this, and when" without guesswork.

Backups & restore

Automated off-host backups with a documented restore procedure — tested, not assumed.

Sensitive identifiers

Emirates ID numbers are stored hashed rather than in the clear.

Monitoring

Service health monitored with alerting, so a failure is noticed by us rather than reported by you.

Compliance posture

Estate Solution is built to support your compliance obligations, not to replace your legal advice. Telemarketing consent and call-time rules, recording disclosure, tenancy registration and VAT treatment all remain your responsibility — the platform gives you the controls and the audit trail to meet them: do-not-call enforcement on every attempt, configurable calling windows, recording notices, Ejari tracking and VAT lines on every statement.

How implementation works

  1. 1

    Scoping call

We map your current tools, volumes and workflows, and agree which modules go live first. Usually CRM and call centre, then property management.

  2. 2

    Deployment

Your private instance is provisioned on its own server in your chosen region, with your domain, your logo and your branding applied.

  3. 3

    Data migration

Leads, contacts, properties, landlords, tenancies and open cheques imported and de-duplicated. We show you the import preview before anything is committed.

  4. 4

    Telephony setup

Trunk, numbers, caller ID and agent extensions configured and tested on real calls before go-live.

  5. 5

    Training

Role-based sessions — agents, managers, property managers, accounts — on your own data rather than a demo dataset.

  6. 6

    Go-live & support

We stay close for the first weeks, then move to your agreed support arrangement with a named contact.

Questions we get asked

How long does implementation take?
A CRM and call-centre go-live is typically two to four weeks from the scoping call, depending on how clean your data is and how quickly telephony can be provisioned. Adding property management, contracts and accounting usually takes another two to four weeks.
What happens to the data we already have?
We import it. Leads, contacts, properties, landlords, tenancies and outstanding cheques are migrated and de-duplicated, and you see a preview of exactly what will be created before anything is committed.
Who owns our data?
You do, without qualification. It sits in your database on your server, and you can request a full export in an open format at any time, including after you stop being a customer.
Do we need to change our phone numbers?
No. We work with your existing numbers and trunk provider where possible. If you'd rather we provision new numbers and a trunk, we can do that too.
Will this work for agents outside the office?
Yes. The softphone runs in the browser on any device, with no VPN. Agents can work from home, from a client's building or from another country, and calls, recordings and reporting behave identically.
How much training does a new agent need?
Most agents are productive in the work queue and softphone within an hour. Property management and accounting take a half-day session because the workflows are genuinely more involved.
Can we customise it for how we work?
Yes, and that's part of the point of a dedicated deployment. Contract clauses, templates, roles and permissions are configurable by you. Deeper custom work is quoted per instance and deployed to yours without waiting for a shared roadmap.
What if we grow, or open another office?
The deployment scales with you — more users, more numbers, more concurrent calls. Multiple offices run on one instance with role-based separation.
Is there any downtime during upgrades?
Upgrades are applied to your instance in a window you agree, typically outside business hours, and usually measured in minutes.
What happens if we want to stop?
You give notice, we produce a full export of your database and documents, and we help you hand it over. No exit fee for your own data.
Do you build custom integrations?
Yes, where they're technically possible. There's also a documented API on your instance, so your own developer or another vendor can integrate without going through us.
Do you resell email and hosting, or run them yourselves?
We provision, configure, secure and support them on established platforms. We don't run our own mail infrastructure, because running a mail server badly is worse than not running one at all — and your contracts landing in a client's spam folder is a business problem.

See it running on your own data in 30 minutes.

We'll load a sample of your leads, units and contracts into a private demo instance and walk your team through it. No obligation, no slide deck.
